In 2003 Dr. Sameer Dani (Interventional Cardiologist) along with his colleagues founded the CVHF - Cardio Vascular Health & Fitness to become a new paradigm as "home-centered health care". The Foundation was evolved to build on a system in which health management begins at home, connects to physicians and care teams and circles back to home. Other important mega trends are contributing to the need for a home-centered health system into a focus on education and research.

Since than, the CVHF has been dedicated in ensuring quality healthcare for patients. Over the years CVHF has emphasized towards updating its techniques & technolology to ensure the utmost in patient care and comfort.
